When we were young, me and my sisters always did this song & dance. So in Italy we did it again! We practised at home, together at the Casa & had so much fun and hey....we were still sexy in the suites my sister made! (and the kids were impressed too, their mum could still dance Haha!)

Summer Vacation IV

The last ones...school has started again and i am getting back to 'normal' life.

After we met, we wrote letters...but it ended, our lives continued.
We met 19 years ago in the kibbutz and we met again last week!
I remember her being creative...she still is!
With her beloved husband from the kibbutz and her two beautiful sons!

It was amazing seeing our children playing together and us talking
like it was yesterday.

We will meet again & drink another glass of wine!

My aunt and I visited Ethiopia last year. We also visited the Fistula Hospital in Addis Ababa. It was so impressive to see the young girls and woman who were isolated by the community since giving birth to their baby too young. they have created a life-time-care for these woman.

Now there is this walk on bare-feet in Barneveld. I guess we all must join to walk for the hospital! 10 september 2011

the flying lessons are going well, they slowly move to other gardens....

Boas had his birthday on the 13th of july. We celebrated this in a corn-labyrinth. The kids also painted a wooden shoe!
How i like the colours of the corn and the skirt of this little miss!

Holiday!

It has been quit around here. I already got in this slow-motion, but we still had to finish school.
But now...








Finally....no more rush in the morning...we can really take it slow...
As you know i do like to collect and save things up....well...
it's too much actually. It's irritating me....finally....
All these things that don't have their own place.

So today i started to sort out all of these drawings of the kids.
I saved them up for 8 years!!!! I have started to put the nicest ones in a collage-book
and the rest is really history!

Holiday has started in some parts of our country, but we still have 3 weeks to go.
I have to think about some places to stay-over-night on our way to Italy.
Bed and breakfast on the countryside? Someone any suggestions?
